Return or exchange requests

Contact us at support@samsonie.shop. Include your order details and the reason for the request so we can review it and provide next steps.

Approved returns or exchanges receive free return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Problems with an order

If an item is damaged, defective, sent in error, missing from the order, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.
